About Us

All India Granthi Singh Federation (AIGSF) is a Govt of India registered NGO, dedicated to protecting the welfare of Sikh spiritual workers, including Granthees, Kirtanis, Katha vachak, Dhadhi, Kavishar, Sewadars, Langris, Gurdwara Managers, and so on.
For example:

  • Hiring/application process
  • Employment management process
  • Safeguarding interests of employees and employers

This will be done by implementing: standardised job descriptions, online application forms, contracts between both parties agreeing the terms of work, and more. Contracts will ensure the overall welfare of employees, including: pension schemes, children’s education grants, daughters’ wedding grants, and help with medical expenses. Contracts will protect Gurdwaras from misuse by clearly defining the expectations for employees.
